Hi! I’m Sahana, certified in Isha Classical Hatha Yoga and Yogic Food & Lifestyle Science, trained at Sadhguru Gurukulam. With over 20 years of personal practice, Whole Being was born from a deep calling to share the sense of wholeness and completeness I have experienced, growing up in the conscious living environment of the Isha Yoga Center.

I began practicing yoga at the age of 8, but it was through healing my own health challenges as a teenager that I discovered the true power of living in sync with nature and oneself.

In 2018, I founded Yogasthala, a yoga studio in Coimbatore dedicated to sharing Classical Yoga in its purest form. Building on this intention, I created Whole Being to bring these offerings to a global community, helping you discover a way of living where health, clarity, and joy become your natural state.
