A certified Isha Classical Hatha Yoga teacher and a practitioner of Yogic Food & Lifestyle Sciences, trained at Sadhguru’s Gurukulam. With over 20 years of personal practice and lived experience, I bring authenticity and compassion into every session I offer.
My journey with yoga began when I was 8 years old. But it was during my teenage years, while working through my own health challenges, that I truly discovered the depth of yogic living — not as rigid rules or quick fixes, but as ancient tools practiced with consistency and awareness.
Today, I blend the wisdom of the yogic sciences with grounded lifestyle integration, helping others return to their natural rhythm — where food, movement, breath, and rest no longer feel like checklists, but come together as one seamless way of living.
