FAQs

No. The program is beginner-friendly and designed for children with no prior experience.

Once you register, you will receive a simple, cost-effective list of materials to keep ready for the program.

Since the sessions are conducted live and are not recorded, missed sessions cannot be compensated. We recommend attending all sessions for the best experience.

A parent may assist the child in settling in at the beginning if needed. After that, children can comfortably continue on their own, with light supervision from a distance if required.

What I really appreciated was how simple and structured all the activities were planned. I could see her follow it on her own so effortlessly. My child started doing the yoga practices on her own without any reminders after your sessions
